Suggestion: Trade Moderators

I think a cool addition to DP would be Trade Moderators. Right now there is not set way as to how the trade works out and you see some people being scammed and what not. What would be cool would be Trade Moderators.

Basically, you have trusted forum moderators, and what happens is the seller gives what they are selling to the moderator for the moderator to hold temporarily. The buyer confirms that it is what he/she wants from the moderator and then the buyer pays the seller, and the moderator gives the buyer their item. Of course this won't work smoothly with services and what not, but for other things that are being sold like templates, links, etc .. it would be a cool and safe procedure.

Haven't really thought of the legistic details and all, but just wanted to suggest the overall concept. I apologize if this has been suggested before and/or turned down.
