Suggestion: Stop spammers - Phising PMs

    I notify a moderator almost every day about a phishing attack. And he is banned ultimately, but this isn't a solution.

    Most of the times, attackers have zero posts. is there no way to stop them sending PMs !!

    My suggestion is to implement the rule:
    Members having less then some posts (say 10) can not send PM's
