    Pages for About Us etc are already in the footer.

    I think you need to introduce a Category Structure to the left side of the website. Maybe you can add categories and sub-categories like the following:

    Programming:

    PHP
    C
    Java
    ...

    Designing

    Logo Designs
    Header Designs
    Web Layouts
    ...

    etc.
