[suggestion] Postcount on PM

    I suggest user which never posting or 0 post count couldn't send PM, because i receive 4 spam PMs today from 0 post user..

    thanks and sorry if there is or are same kind of suggestion..

    Suggested so many times till now.

    BTW as for now you can forward SPAM pm's to any online mod here and they will take care of rest.

    Appreciate if those receiving the spams can alert us. Banning members at 0 posts from PMing will just bring a huge amount of spam posts from them so that they can start spamming. It isn't really a cure. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
