Hi, i wanna some suggestion/review on my blogsite so that earning will raise. i m earning around .50 $ per day from this blog. is this becoz traffic problem or some ad placement. http://allboutcomputer.blogspot.com
Try to give more unique and interesting stuffs to user. And make very user friendly ads so that user can read ads and he may choose to click on that ads. Anyway this is my personal view.
@ cipals15 how can be a own domain effect the earning. i think making a new domain and to get PR2 rank and traffice is more difficult then to work on this blog now.
according to me its all traffic. So to rise in traffic will happen once your site is there in top no. in google SERP's. for a blog or site it may take one year to appear in front page of SERP's. This is my view.
Traffic, lack of unique content, theme - there are many possible reasons. I would not pay more than he gets for this kind of blog.
Getting a domain makes no difference, some of the top earners are blogspot, just be patient and keep building.
Owning your own domain or being part of a sub-domain - This wont effect your revenue or traffic. What is important is content and how trusting you are via backlinks/PR etc. Your blogs cool, it looks like the content is hidden away though. Have you tried using labels? I wouldn't be charging for featured links... if you do that, then you should have a high PR, anyone could just get a high PR backlink from one of these article marketing sites for free. If your traffic is low, then post lots of unique content every day and research keywords/key phrases in your niche and add them. Keep building backlinks and PR and rankings will soon improve. Have you studied your competitors yet? Their backlinks, PR, quality of content, volume of content etc? Also, have you tried social bookmarking? Just a few suggestions anyway. Keep up the good work, things will soon pick up!
