    Hello all Forum Members,

This is my first post here. I have trying to increase the Alexa ranks of the website i am working for Goodwizz dot com . It is a social networking site with matchmaking. If you see the alexa ranks for traffic for the website, the site ranks keeps fluctuating very frequently. Why is it so?If it does not go up it should be stable. It was up to 196,401 and again came down by 4000-5000 in few days whereas full efforts are being done to promote the site.We don't do PPC marketing though.

I am doing everything on my part to increase ranks like article submission, forum comments, blog posts, back link building through free directories, but the number of indexed back links doesn't increase.

Well what should be my action plan to get more links indexed by Search Engines as soon as possible?

Are the meta tags and keywords ok for the site? Please suggest. I am at my wit's end.

collect your backlink URL from article directories, forum comment, and then generate rss feed with icerocket dot com,and ping you rss url,. don't ping directly you backlink, and submit your rss feed to rss directory :)

Build backlinks to your backlinks. That's the best way to get your links indexed properly. Plus, the Alexa rank does fluctuate, remember, this is a 3 month average, not daily or weekly so if you're receiving good traffic at the moment but didn't over the last 2 months, your current rank might only show in a month or 2
