Suggestion Suggestion - Increase the retention duration of messages

    Hi,
    I understand the reason that it was implemented as being 365 messages would be deleted, however it would be valuable to keep them for at least 18 months. The reason is that when translations are agreed, they are often agreed over a 12 month time period. Then if I wanted to renew, I have lost all my correspondence and history with the other party.
