Suggestion for MarketPlace

Hi,
few suggestions for threads in Marketplace
1) The first post in the thread (the actual sale, auction post) should be sticky type like the release of mod posts on vbulletin.org
2) The thread starter should be able to edit/update the first post for entire time
3) The thread should automatically get closed after some time say 30 days
4) I have seen in rules that bumping is thread is not allowed but have found that people keep on bumping there threads just to get those to the start of forum page or higher up in new posts lists

I like idea #1. That would be cool.

3) The thread should automatically get closed after some time say 30 days What if the seller has a lot of sales (over 100 posts etc)
