Suggestion for Google PR updation

Here am discussing about my website's PR. Actually, last time when Google update the PR of all sites then he decreased the PR of my site.
My website is qwertyc.com. My site's PR was 3 before google updation but after that its pr is 2. Can anyone suggest me that what should I do for increasing PR of my site.

 

First of all you should wait for 3 months because next pr update will come after 3 month.
In these three month do off page seo and promote your site on social media sites. Do white hat seo.
if you follow these rules your ranking surly increase in next Google PR updation.

 

For that situation you do forum posting , blog commenting, social media etc...

 

I am posting my question here, because I am unable to create a new thread, although I can see in my status that I can post new threads.

Anyhow.... I have a website which I bought in this Feb. Its PR was '0'. The site is about Physical Education and Health. I have posted about 40 unique copyscape passed articles on my site, about 3 to 4 articles each week. I have noticed yesterday that many website's PR has been increased. I was hoping that PR of my this website will also increase. But it did't happened. I think there are some factors due to which PR of my site did't increase. Like some times this error occurs when I try to open my site:

Moreover speed of my website is slow, can anyone tell me how can i fix these problems?

Now 3 months has been completed and Google has updated pr but my problem is still. I tell u for yours information that I am doing white hat SEO from last 5 months. Now can anyone suggest me for my site.
