    Then in body of message:

    #4. DOMAIN HAS NEVER BEEN DROPPED

    I don't think page rank should be a concern? Correct? I mean, if it's valid and is properly SEO'd, it will gradually gain in PR. If it's alredy established, that's all the better.

    Good seeing these clearly stated up front. Do any other site owners agree or disagree?

    I agree with what you are saying here. You could avoid a lot of what you are not looking for if more people would clearly state what exactly they are offering without having to go to the directory.
