Suggestion for CRM

    I am interested in using a CRM for my company. What should I look for in a CRM before deciding to use any?

    1) Voice of customer can be captured or not.
    2) Degree of customisation that can be performed.
    3) End user licence cost.
    4) Overall usability - it takes more time to train or front end labels are too technical forr end user etc..

    Salesforce or Zoho are worth taking a look at. Cost, ability to integrate with your email system etc are features you should look at.
