Time after time I see threads from employers looking for writers for jobs. Nearly all of these employers never forget to ask for the moon in terms of what they want from a writer, such as perfect english, original content, timely delivery and so forth but almost always they fail to state what their pay range is for this content. I'm certain that this is because they want to pay the least amount for a writer, and if that is one of their chief requirements for the job, then it should also be stated in the job description -- otherwise the job posting is misleading as there is an important job requirement being excluded from the job seeker's knowledge.

I would like to ask Jenn if a new rule can be added to the requirements of posting a job in the content creation forum: that a minimum pay rate be included any jobs being posted. I believe that it would save the time of any potential job seekers and it would also make the forum a better place. Time wouldn't be wasted by both sides if money is a deciding issue.

    Jenn, what say you?

Not gonna happen. Sorry. If you see anything for $5 or under advertised in Content Creation, use the report post button - they belong in Freebies where iTrader can't be exchanged.
