Suggestion: Closing threads prematurely

    I suggest that,
    When a member has a legitimate question or issue,
    The thread is not closed until he/she confirms their issue is resolved.

    I understand you all are the moderators.
    But, you're here to serve as well as monitor/scold the community.
    The above suggestion will help you better serve it.

    I hope you take my suggestion into consideration
