Suggestion about the add placement and ad coloring

    Dear DP members,
    its been a long time i am posting here. i need some review about this blog. can't find that is the color combination, ad placement is OK or not? please tell me what extra can give me more benefit about this blog?
    what should i add or delete.
    any suggestion will be hearty accepted. :)

    You can place one of the adds in banner rotation too, and in the navigation bar add google link units.

    i saw your blog. Your ad placement is ok. Change the link color to white and Title color to blue (0000FF)
