I think your two ads look ok where they are. You may also want to put a skyscraper on the right side under the sponsored links section, and maybe some content (an article or something) under the wallpaper on the homepage. You can always experiment different ad positions by using Channels to track the performance of each ad placement.
they look just fine to me. yor ad on the right sidebar is not showing for me however. if you have not added any ad there, you can put one
