What is the best CPM for my site?

Am I right that CPM is impressions per thousand?

There is many good cpm ad networks, but some may not accept your website.

 

I am hosting asian movies linking, I wouldnt call it warez linking. But then again, its not up to me to decide.

 

Cpx Interactive would be your best choice.

 

CPX's advert doesnt have pop-ups do they?

 

Some of the ads may have pop-ups, but most of them don't.
