Suggest To Friends- Doesn't Work!

I have around 800 friends in my main account, and they are all tightly focused on one niche- the outdoors.
I created a business page and sent it to every friend through the Suggest to Friends link.
At least one of my buddies stated he never got the FB email notification or invitation on FB.
Note that I did use the cheat code (Google it if you'd like to know more) to highlight all of my friends at once and send it off, which got me a pop-up stating it was sent.

8 people total "like" the page, out of 800?
I hate to send another spammy notification....any ideas?

Same thing happend to me few days ago. I dont know why, but no one accepted fan invitation

 

49 is the max at a time

 

This is old news, but it seems still many people don't know it. The "invite all" javascript doesn't work any more because you can only send a max of 49 invites at a time (like boomMedia said). This was a serious slap in the face to many people who used Facebook to market their stuff and make money, but the reality is you can't actually do anything about that. It's Facebook territory and they make the rules, you can accept them or go away find something else.

I must say that I don't like Facebook particularly because of all these changes happening lately. Part of the problem is the huge amount of spam on Facebook and they are trying to deal with it, so they implement these measures. However, not only it affects spammers and shady marketers, it affects us who try to do it legitimately. In the end, we will all be forced to either buy their ads to promote our stuff or find an alternative solution.

 

Should we assume then that the invite was not sent to anyone at all while using that javascript?
Or were the first 49 sent?

Thanks for your feedback. It still isn't clear to me though. Are you saying that you can only send a max of 49 invites at a time or are you saying that you can send an invite to a maximum of 49 friends? The reason why I'm asking is because when I try to invite friends and click on the 'suggest to friends' button the window doesn't open anymore. All I see is a grey line om my screen.

 

Guys pls note.. there is no more suggest to friends button in the page.. and more over even if your the admin of the page.. suggest to page doent work...
