    Lynda.com is the best one. You better became a pemium member - this way will have access to the exersize files too.

    PSD Tuts has lots of great stuff, you don't even need to go premium to get goodies. Just practice.

    Psdtuts+ have good collection and photoshopessentials like sites. it is always better to search google with the topic you want to learn. many sites provide different tutorials for a variety of techniques.

    Go to PSD tuts and choose the category basix.. its got some awesome learning material for Photoshop beginners.. nd also smashing magazine Photoshop tutorials are quite good for beginners...
