    Your site is not ready to market fully yet.. what you should do is get some paid to post people so they can fill up your forum a bit. THEN, market your site. The reason is because most people do not register to empty forums.. they prefer active forums. This will make your marketing more effective.

    You may as well submit it to directories. Some directories have categories for webmaster resources and forums. Another alternative would be to do article submissions with the link of your site in the resource box. You can write on things of interest to webmasters or site owners such domain names, hosting, content generation etc.You will get direct traffic from visitors and backlinks from these article publishers.
