Suggest the best to get PR 4 for a newly launched website. Please review!!!

getting back to this forum after a long time. I was busy taking this website live. www.sabslab.com

Could you please advice me how to make this more popular with google and yahoo. Is there a new way to get it listed and get a PR of 4 at the first go?

This is a web/application developement website with outsourcing to bangalore for IT development work as its USP.

backlinks lots of backlinks the site looks really good a good job on the SEO

 

Save your time and only go for backlinks from PR6 above: just few will do.
Your link has to be in a decent PR page - not somewhere hidden in a good web site. I've seen many forums where you can snatch PR6 without nofollow and it has to be relevant

Nice clean design! I think the photograph really does add something to the layout, it pops out of the whole grey color scheme

For the text on the right side of your site, I would make the color darker or even black so it's more legible.
