I am running a MP3 download Site. I am getting about 5000 visitors per day. Rightnow I am using fdcservers.net I am not very satisfied with them, it is fast but after every 15-20 minutes it goes down for atleast 5-7 minutes. I dont understand the problem. Can anybody sueest the best solution? I am searching for the fastest server.

Have you tried contacting fdcservers.net about your problems? Maybe there is a problem with the switch your server is on. Or maybe it's the server it self it's always best to ask your provider about things rather than jump the gun.
