I'm going to advertise on adbrite with banners. I hope something with a 1% conversion rate. I advertised on adbrite with amateurmatch (dating gold) after a 1000 hits I got 8 free sign ups, hopefully atleast one of them will turn to a sale, but they haven't so far, so I'm looking for some more. In your experience with free sign ups, how do they convert? Is it either a sale at the time they click, or do some people actually sign up for free and make a sale some time after?
