    try facebook for wordpress and twitter for wordpress, it's easy to install and modify.

    For SEO I would go with All in One SEO

    For social sharing I would go with Digg Digg and Sharebar. They have different settings for placement, you can add buttons, choose which ones to use and people are kinda used to using them. I have really nice results with those.
