Buying Suggest Reliable Offshore Hosting

    Currently I am using beastserv.com Offshore Reseller hosting and their Technical Support is horrible.
    Can anyone suggest a reseller offshore hosting which are reliable, being in the industry for long time and have Live 24x7 Technical Support. I am looking for quality host like site5.com but offshore which allow warez sites.
