The ads are almost invisible :). First of all the eyes of the user will never go above the navigation menu bar. They dont have anything to do up there, so no clicks there. Try below the menu bar. Also try to put ads inside the content and text. Experiment with colors that are with more contrast to tha background.
    Good luck.

try ads under the title to the left and have them so they blend in to the background and dont look too much like ads
and have one at the bottom of the page or in the text

Make sure that the adv are within the text. They should be easily visible while a reader is reading something on your website. Placing ads in header is foolish thing as they are never observed.

Use 250X250 or 300X250 in the content and also on link unit 460X15 below the title of the post.

I think Wide Skyscraper (160x600) at left and right will perform well on this site tech.ittechsolution.com

Just based on your domain name I think you're wasting your time with Adsense on the site. Your only viable option with tech sites is to get enough traffic to strike impression based deals with advertisers.

I agree. I dont see any ads on your site. Sometimes blending them too much is a bad thing. Try making your ads more visible and inline with content.

Create different channels in adsense and try them with different placements. See which channels perform best.
