Well the black and grey text isn't too good for either visitors or SEO. Also your blogroll should be a list of blogs. If not and if you got off topic links (which you do), you're taking a risk.
I would change the title tag make it more suitable, add keywords in the title tag also, you do not want to leave it as just "funny" look at other peoples title tags in the same niche for ideas. Secondly as someone else mentioned the background colours are not too nice, i would keep the main background colour however change the one behind the header to perhaps a brighter colour or at least a different colour shade. I would also change the link colour on the "ulitimi posts" e.t.c to a brighter colour, white or pink I do not like the fact there are two different navigation bars, i would keep to just one, or at least widen the blog width. Like I said before, links like [telephone directory], [cook book], [jobs and careers] stand out like a sore thumb. Your choice how to make money with your blog, but it may be safer if you get paid for contextual links instead of sidebar links.
you've specified "Funny" only word in Title. You need to Update your Title, keywords and Description of your site for targeted keywords. Will you update Now ? Thanks John
