Suggest me yet another Hosting

Hi can someone suggest me a small requirement hosting.

I am actually looking for:
99.9% uptime [this is must]
Good Customer support
Multiple Domains
Some 1 GB or less
Some 20 GB BW or Less.
Cpanel & Fantastico.

I want a hosting site with a good past reputation.

Please suggest me one

Hostgator is really good and I like their baby Plan, but I don't need all the resource they are giving. So, I was looking for a little bit cheaper with a little lesser resource. Thanks for the suggestion anyway
