Find a target niche. - Buy a domain $10 - Buy 5-10 quality articles $50 - Add AdSense or another form of revenue. upload to your (new) unlimited domain hosting Start your SEO process - Pay someone for sig links and forum posting $20 REPEAT This is general overview but you should be able to get 10 quality websites up and running for $1000
id rather buy quality domains and some article writers or if you see a website that takes your fancy then buy one.
Stock market Nasdaq is very good. I'd throw all of that into Parker Hannifan and a few other hot stocks.
Buy websites earning 100USD per month you will easily get it for 1000USD. Or start a business there are many people who have good ideas but dont have money to invest search for them and invest you may get good profit but may be risky.
You really think this would be a wise investment? I don't see how a website with a few articles and $20 in SEO would bring back a return of >$100.

Invest in any thing the thing is work hard on that until you succeed that's the best policy if any investment gives surety of success than all the wold would invest in that so it doesn't matter much the thing that matter is hard work.
