Suggest Me What Metatag And Meta Description Should Be Used

I am running a video sharing website from last 2 years but facing lots of problem regarding keywords and descrription.

some one please look out my website and suggest what meta tag and meta description should be used to get rank in google.

Check out: Funny Videos, Sports, Movie Trailers, Music... You can use this type of Title for you homepage. Its just for your suggestion, you can use some good searches keywords in title tag but its should be look natural.

For the best meta tags, first you have to do keyword research and after having bunch of good keywords then you will go for your website meta tags.
