I am looking for a top class shared host who is having a server cluster environment to have a super fast MYSQL query and of course nearly 100% uptime plus the other standards all clients expect. Thank you,

This method does not guarantee at all that you may find top web hosting but people advertising they services that way. Clustered servers I have heard from servage.net, netfirms.com and dreamhost.com. ·
I know Hostingplex offers clustered hosting if that is what you need specifically but in general read reviews on the host you are leaning towards, you'll get a better idea of what would be best for you

Hmmm.. We do use only servers with dual and quad cpus and at least 4gb ram, for our shared clients. However we don't cluster, so I think I can't help you then. We do cluster for DNS by the way. We use centralized nameservers. But, if you are still in need, and could give me some more details so we could base our services on your requirements, please PM me!
I agree with HostGator. You mentioned that you are looking for "cluster hosting". I'm pretty sure that host gator shared hosting would be "cluster hosting". For my own knowledge please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks
It seems most most-used shared hosting providers have a cluster environment. Compare them at http://www.hostingmatrix.org/shared/
