    It is a custom template and not made for WordPress. To achieve something like this - you will need to a highly customized theme with custom post type designs.
    What features of Zedge site you liked the most? May be finding answer to that would help suggesting you few themes... or find one on themeforest.

    Right now I just need following features:
    1. Admin must be able to upload Mobile Theme Files (.sis files) from admin panel.
    2. Visitor must be able to download the Mobile Theme Files.
