Suggest me the Niche for my blog network

Hello All,

I recently sold my blog network. It was a network of general blogs. I sold it on ebay.

I would like to start a fresh and this time would like to make a bigger network. Can anyone suggest me a niche for a blog that people prefer the most on DP.

Something that doesn't change every year but very quickly, so that you can get fresh content to your website.

Good idea in my opinion would be:

- Gadgets
- Internet Revenue
- Reviews
- Comparisons
- Food

so i will conclude that people on DP would prefer the following

1. Tech/Computer/Internet/Gadget
2. Health/Food
3. Travel/Real estate/shopping
4. Education
5. Celebrities
6. Legal
7. sports
8. General/Hobbies

Now i'm going to make a network of these blogs. Please suggest me should i go for a new site and promote them the way i did it last time and in 3 months i sold my blog at a a profit of 500% of the original amount invested by me or shouldi buy an expired domain and then start selling it immediately after just one week ?
