Like bidzapbiz said, the ads are very random - I saw ads for insurance, drum sticks, and toner cartridges - why would someone looking for twitter buttons be interested in those things?
Maybe with some more content about widgets and web design you would be getting ads that have some interest for your visitors.

I could be wrong but I didn't see any meta keywords or meta description in the source. That may help with the ad relevancy. You could also mention "twitter buttons" in the "How this thing works?" section 1 or 2 more times. Adding a couple horizontal banners between the rows of button may help too.

I'm not sure - maybe an affiliate program - maybe a Hostgator or a Bluehost banner could work instead of the adsense ad, but I'm not sure. Your site is one of a kind of those that hardly make any money (sorry to say this), but it's because the website offers something that is for free, so your visitors are not going to buy anything, but just look for free stuff...

One page only?Try to make more page to earn more money.

Check for example CJ for some suitable affiliate programs. If you use adsense, you need to have more content on your page so that ads become more relevant.

You may not become the Google of the Internet but many do quite well monetizing their websites using the products that Google creates.

The Internet is a vibrant place that is continually challenging traditional business practices. Pay-per-click advertising, CPM banners, affiliate links, and other innovative technologies are making it possible for the publishers to get a piece of the pie.

Paid Advertising is probably your best option.
get a few sponsors on the site for a set monthly/rate :)
