I have created a website and then posted in the review forum and someone told me that my on page seo is not correct so would like to get some keyword suggestions if someone over here can help me.

Weight loss niche is very competitive. However, it does not mean you cannot rank at all. I use Long tail pro to gauge how competitive it would be to rank a particular kw. Look at the back links of the page results, Page Rank of the SERPs, age of domains that rank first page, do they have Dmoz entry, .edu backlinks etc.
From there. you wil be able to gauge how easy or hard it will be to rank your keyword. You can never go wrong with this method and it works like a charm.
