Suggest me some best offshore streaming servers

I want to host a video streaming website on offshore server the specs I am looking for are :

1. Atleast 2TB disk
2. Unlimited bandwidth
3. atleast 16GB RAM
4. Xeon E3 will be good enough I believe
5. Budget is somewhere between $100-150

 

For video streaming your budget is extremely far off of the grid. When streaming videos you are going to want to have premium bandwidth, and there's no way in hell (pardon my french) you're going to get Unlimited bandwidth at the price you are quoting. First off, there is no such thing as Unlimited (unmetered sure, but not unlimited). What I would recommend is raising your budget to about $800-900 and you may be able to find a server with a semi-dedicated 1Gbps uplink.

Well, 1Gbps dedicated costs 500 - 1000 euro/$ for providers, so I believe it is not possible with your budget. Other providers uses "unlimited" as a marketing trick, but I believe, that if you start to use full 1Gbps, services will be cancelled or providers will ask to pay additional for the traffic.
