Hello! I want to create a video website. It will not be a video hosting website, but I will collect all funny and amazing videos from Youtube in order to make a great amusing videos collection. The good example is Funny videos. I want to create a website like this one. So, my question is: Q: Is wordpress or blogger is best to do so? Or any other suggestions please?

For a website like that you have to start with html, css, Javascript and PHP. Learn programming, learn them, learn how websites (and browsers) work, then start developing the site. This isn't something you can do by taking a script and making some modifications.
Thanks to all of you. Most of replies are in favor of wordpress and makeasite. I know well about wordpress, but heard about makeasite for first time. I will check this one also, and will decide to choose a satisfying platform.
