Google says that i have 10 pages with short meta descriptions.
But i'm sure those meta descriptions are unedrstood for users.
For example, Vintage glass Christmas ornaments.
So what may i do with that?

Google often uses meta descriptions in their search listings. You should try to have longer ones for your more important pages.

You can try adding more info to your meta tags and those errors will go away.

It is not bad what you have right now, but it might help to rank higher with a longer description. You can add details about your page in the description. Usually, I try to use the maximum length allowed. Use it in relation with your title (repeat keywords).

Maybe you just have to add some words like: wonderful Vintage glass Christmas ornaments for you home, or something like that.

Whether it's understood by users or not is entirely moot - if it's too short. Google won't show it.
Think of it as an advert - you can always be more descriptive e.g
"Christmas Ornaments around the World. A fascinating global history of Christmas celebrations from the 16th to the 20th centuries from RT Treasures"

Meta-description can appear in SERP, after your "title". It is better for users.

Well, you should write full sentences. Its supposed to be a brief if the contents. What you wrote is goof for title not for description. Justa add some is , are , you, me, the , that.

Keep in mind it is only a suggestion. If the pages aren't important then forget about it, if they are important, make them longer. It' the duplicate content you want to worry about if there is any.

Meta tag is as important as your title tag, so you must update them according to google, as google is the king.

That means that your meta descriptions need to be longer and slightly more descriptive.
