My blog uses Headway, a premium theme which I believe was developed to make Thesis a much more user-friendly and dynamic theme.

I can definitely recommend it, it is as flexible as you want it to be, has drag-and-drop layout editing for each individual page (all pages can be different within minutes), SEO built in, and a lot of other nifty features.

It's as powerful as Thesis, but with the added bonus that it is far easier to use. It also has a fantastic private support forum where your questions will be answered by the developers.

Definitely check it out if you want a serious theme for your site.

 

I recommend vanity2.1 and arthemia. Those are extremely superb and easy to customize.

Buddy, I think you should go for Thesis theme as it is well organized and easily customizable. If you want other option, then go for Arthemia theme with Smooth Slider Plugin. That really looks great.
