Suggest me about my promotion..

    I got listed in Google Page 1 for 3 keywords. All the keywords are highly competitive and having enough number of search volume but, I didn’t get traffic to my site.So, do you think whether my promotions was wrong?

    Are you ranking in global searches or country specific search engine? Page 1? First 3 listings and 8-10 get some traffic, if you are on number 6-7 you won't see much traffic.
