    Hello...

I have my own company now and i have around 11 employees now..
Well,im looking for some INSTANT MESSAGING software, which i can use and i can connect MYSELF,MY CLIENT and MY DEVELOPER all in a conference chat or call (optional) and discuss about the projects..

DOnt answer Skype, yahoo,MSN,as i dont want my developers to know anything about my client or get any of the details about them.

I just want something which can connect 3 of us in a chat and we can discuss about the projects..
I know, there must be some solutions for it..
    Let me know plz..
    Thanks...

I would go with Jabber. It is open source and very powerful.

It sounds like you are worried about your clients meeting the developers and cutting your throat, so just create the client a temporary user name, then delete it/deactivate it once you are done.
