Who can you recommend ? , i need my site submitted to > 300 directories.

I'd have to second the Gtech suggestion. Very reasonable, fast, and I've seen great traffic/results.

 

Go to the buy,sell,trade forum.
There you will find good sellers of submissions to directories.
I have used 4 of them so far, so there are good ones there.

I submit your site to 15 quality paid directories, incuding Yahoo directory for $1,000. I find niche directories for your industry and research appropriate keywords to use for your anchor text. In addition many of the directories I use allow multiple links so you get around 100 backlinks from pages as high as PR6.
