i have 5k+ page views a day

right now i am using a combination of

Smotion Media
Bidvertiser
Adbrite

and earning is as follow

Smotion Media = $.50-$.80/day
Bidvertiser = $.20-$.30/day
adbrite = added 2 days ago so not stats


is there is any other network by which i can earn high because with these network i am only getting the cost of Server and accounts

and what is the best pop up network to join as i have not added any pop us

Requirements:

Low Payout like $10
fast payout like 2 times a month
good eCPM
not scam
