I also use the same service. Infact I am using PingOmatic for two years and never got any problem. The most important thing is its automatic.

download and install all the wordpress Ping plugins that will do this automatically for you imo. I really like cbnet Ping Optimizer

There is really no need to ping that many services anymore. They are all interconnected these days. It's not like it was 5 years ago.
One good ping site ( maybe 2-5 if you are paranoid ) is really all you need.
