suggest me a good ideas for business

I run a small 10 seater BPO in India and we work in night shifts only , I have 10 employess. So the office and all the equipment i,e, PCs ,server , phone , fax , broadband is in no use day time. Please suggest me some ideas for business in day time . We are into telemarketing and Im looking for some online or internet services , how to start and where to get projects?
