Suggest me a contact form plugin

Looking for a contact form plugin like the one I have here, but with a captcha to prevent automated spam. Also some easy way to edit/change the form fields would be great, thanks

Visual Form Builder in my opinion is simply the best. You can find it in Wordpress' directory of plugins.
