    You can use Google keyword suggestion tool with google insights and also use google monitor tool for checking keyword ranking.

    If you want a free keyword took, try Google Keyword External. But I recommend Market Samurai. It's not just a keyword research tool, but it's basically an all-in-one internet marketing tool.     I think Google's Keyword Suggestion tool is about the only FREE option you have. I would have to disagree with the other comments here and say that Micro Niche Finder is your best option. Market Samurai is good, but over priced in m opinion. If you'd rather find a company to do the research for you, I can forward you our keyword analysis packages. However, I won't send them to you until you request it.
