    Hi all,
    I am a novice when it comes to server communication, but...

    I would users to be able to send an suggestion by email which returns a confirmation.

    The cell doesn't change on the spot but their email will contain:
    - their edit suggestion
    - what the currently is
    - and all the other row information?

    See images:
    Click a cell, submit a data change, send email.
