Hi all, Have a chat balloon picture I use in the background of my website that on most browsers looks fine being cut off, it goes to the top of the page, to the navbar, and cuts off. But on mobiles or if you resize your browser small, it still shows as cut off, though it's farther down and there's an annoying blue strip visible. The site is NE1UP dot com by the way. It's a simple image, can I go somewhere like Fiverr to have a top added so I can use that instead? I found it online, top already missing.. (maybe I can use code to fix the issue when being resized but I'm trying this way also, as I'm a bit new at coding and simple fixes can take me hours of puzzling out still haha) Thanks for any help!
