    Please suggest me better ad placements for my blog. My ctr is between and 1-2
    and cpm is around 2.

    Traffic: 10,000 uniques per month,50% of it is organic.

    You can add an adsense banner between the posts
    put the 300X250 banner above Sponsor Us
    add a linkunit under your top menu
