First think about your disk space and bandwdith usage of your website. After that you can plan your hosting type. I would recommend shared hosting for a new site from HostLuck.com

Are you looking for PHP/MySQL support as well? Take special care on the available web frontend for the hosting.

    Cheers

I am using WEB HOSTING PAD since last 1 year and i am highly satisfied with the service.

www.webhostingpad.com - It has even good rating in google and customer support is better than other Linux Hosting Providers, but it doesn't provide Windows Hosting.

For windows hosting i am using www.dinsol.in - Using it since 2 months now, till date service is good.

Maybe you can try Host Gator. They will give you some space and a lot of bandwidth for start...

Your needs aren't very high so any shared host that has been around for a long time with great uptime and support will do.

Go for Shared hosting package which are generally cheaper, just make sure you should get a reliable host.

if you're just starting out and don't need anything heavy; shared hosting is the way to go. i recommend hostgator like a lot of people. they have good uptime, good reviews and from my experience, good customer service.

if you outgrow your needs, look into a vps. also check out webhostingtalk forums, they are very knowledgeable there and run a lot of specials
